Seagift Bursary
The Seagift Bursary was established to support financially disadvantaged and deserving undergraduates pursuing the Food Technology degree programme at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Are pursuing the full-time Food Technology undergraduate degree programme offered by the Institute.

Are Singapore Citizens.

Have a household Per Capita Income (PCI) of less than or equal to $1,000, or have provided evidence of family financial difficulties.
Tenure and Benefits of the Study Grant:

Each Bursary is valued at $5,500 and is tenable for one (1) academic year.

The Bursary shall be used for the recipients' educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, expenses for the overseas immersion programmes, and fees for other educational activities organised by the Institute.

Recipients who have already been awarded the Bursary for one year of study may apply to receive and be considered for the Bursary in subsequent year(s) of study, subject to the fulfilment of the above selection criteria and the selection by the Selection Committee.

Recipients of this Busary may accept other scholarships, bursaries, grants or awards concurrently.

No bond is required of the recipient.
About the Donor
The Bursary is made possible by a gift from Seagift Food Pte Ltd, a frozen seafood business which sources and supplies quality products for distribution to various market segments, including restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, cafes, caterers, hospitals, canteens, clubs, institutions, and wholesalers.
How To Apply
Matriculated students are to submit their Financial Aid application via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT. Do note that students are to connect to the SIT VPN before accessing IN4SIT.
Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form and upload all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline.
