2014 (AUG) SIT-ACC MOU Signing Ceremony SIT formalised its partnership on IWSP with some of Singapore’s key accounting firms.
2014 (SEP) IWSP Preview: A Networking Session with Accounting Firms The event took place at the SIT Heritage Gallery with 11 accounting partners and 85 students.
2015 (JAN) First batch of ACC students out for IWSP 83 Accountancy students embarked on the inaugural round of IWSP in 13 companies.
2015 (OCT) SIT-HB MOU Signing Ceremony SIT formalised its partnership on IWSP with some of Singapore’s key hospitality firms.
2016 (APR) First batch of ACC students complete their IWSP Our pioneer cohort of students from the Accountancy programme completed their IWSP, with more than 80% of the cohort receiving priority offers.
2016 (MAY) IWSP Preview: Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Land) The first cohort of 67 SIT SIE (Land) students met with over 60 representatives from 14 participating companies at the IWSP Preview.
2016 (AUG) IWSP Preview: Information and Communications Technology The event was held for 68 ICT students going for their IWSP in 2017, and was attended by 57 companies offering 350 job vacancies.
2016 (SEP) Appreciation Lunch for Accountancy Industry Partners 16 IWSP industry partners were invited to celebrate the successful completion of the first round of IWSP, with 11 partners continuing from 2014.
2016 (SEP) IWSP Preview: Accountancy 14 companies and over 40 representatives attended this IWSP Preview to meet 114 Accountancy students.
2017 (JAN) IWSP Preview: Hospitality Business Attended by 120 students and 37 participating companies, the event was organised for the second cohort of Hospitality Business (HB) students.
2017 (JUL) IWSP Industry Day The inaugural event was held to share with potential partners the six new Engineering degree programmes jointly offered with Newcastle University.
2018 (MAY) Pilot Batch of Overseas IWSP SIT's Global Experience Division (GED) launched the OIWSP for students from the Hospitality Business programme and Telematics programme.
2018 (DEC) IWSP: 4 Years On The event celebrated 4 years of IWSP, with over 500 companies offering positions to students from 21 programmes that year.
2020 (JAN) Career Nexus 2020 The inaugural Career Nexus offered IWSP and full-time jobs to students. 177 companies, and students from 24 degree programmes took part.
2021 (SEP) Introduction of the IWSP (Career Skills) Micromodules IWSP (Career Skills) was introduced as a pre-requisite to IWSP. 3 degree programmes (PHE, DCIM, RSE) piloted the micromodules.
2022 (T-Up) and IWSP Collaboration SIT partnered with A*STAR and Enterprise Singapore to engage SMEs to provide IWSP opportunities to students.
