My education at SIT has prepared me for my role as a computational specialist where I develop algorithms and scripts to help architects, engineers and BIM practitioners design better and quicker.

The IWSP allows the students to fully immerse themselves in the company culture, while providing them with the opportunity to experience the working life of an engineer. SIT students are dedicated, industrious, and highly responsible. Throughout their internship, the students have shown that they take initiative and are good team players and have what it takes to make a project successful.

My passion lies in sustainable infrastructure engineering and SIT is the only local university that offers this specialisation. I like how SIT integrates theory and practice in the learning environment. For instance, at practical lab sessions, we discussed how theory can be applied to our projects. We also learned about the latest industry insights through guest lectures by key industry players.
