Communicating My Employability:
The Vodcast 2023
As more industries are moving toward virtual recruitment, candidates are being asked to submit a short video about themselves to help hiring managers assess their communication skills, creativity and personality.
An impressive video application increases the chances for a live interview. Are you ready for this change? Can you produce a two-minute video to showcase your soft skills and make a good first impression? Can you promote your own employability?
Take on the challenge and join our vodcast competition! Create a short video of yourself (only 2 minutes!) to present your strengths and achievements while demonstrating effective communication skills. What’s in it for you? You get to practise creating a job vodcast and stand to win up to $500 and other prizes!
This competition is part of the SIT Alumni Mentoring Forum - Communicating Employability: Nurturing Your Career Progression set for 21 September, 2023, at the Orchard Hotel.
