Industry 4.0 Cyber Physical Digital Twin Simulation for Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain
With emerging of Industry 4.0, it creates the new transformation journey by using simulation in conjunction with IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain etc. resulting digital twin of the physical product or processes. With digital twin, companies can analyze and diagnose the operation process in real-world operating conditions, optimize its performance and maintenance in real time, and make confident predictions about future performance to improve productivity, reduce the cost, and risk of unplanned downtime.
Current Projects
- Logistics Digital Twin (LDT) System for Sustainability Management– Present
The Logistics Digital Twin (LDT) concept framework aims to overcome the information limitations of current logistics system, such as lacking valid real-time data for sustainability traceability and assessment.
- Digital Twin Simulation of Production Line in Semiconductor Manufacturing– Present
A real-world semiconductor production case study will be defined for testing the Digital Twin system.
Past Projects
