Dr Chua is an Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology.
He holds a concurrent appointment as the Director of the University's teaching and learning unit, the Centre for Learning Environment and Assessment Design. In this role, he works closely with academic staff in both faculty as well as student development. Prior to this, Dr Chua was the founding Program Director of SIT's Diagnostic Radiography and Radiation Therapy programs. In that role, he was leading efforts to graduate industry-ready practitioners through intensive industry engagement and strong curriculum design. Dr Chua's research interests are in the intersection of education and data analytics, and enhancing students' self-regulated learning.
