Caroline Mann Ying Lee
Profile
Biography
Caroline is a senior lecturer with the Speech-Language Therapy Programme in the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at SIT. She is a registered speech-language pathologist with more than 20 years of clinical, management, and teaching experience in Singapore and the USA.
Prior to joining SIT, Caroline taught in the Special Education Department at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. There, she taught modules in early intervention, language development, and communication disorders.
Caroline was also a former Divisional Director of THK Therapy Services and Clinical Director of THK EIPIC Services where she was responsible for the management, supervision, and training of multi-disciplinary therapy teams.
Caroline continues to practice as a speech-language pathologist in private practice where she provides speech, language, and feeding services to patients in their early childhood, adolescents, and early adulthood.
Caroline is married with four sons. She spends her free-time gardening, baking, and hanging out with her husband, children, and many pets.
