In this intensive six-day sprint, the Innovation Leadership Programme (ILP) empowers participants to ignite a change mindset and drive innovation through hands-on execution, collaboration, and leveraging industry-leading resources.       Understand the balance between exploiting existing strengths and exploring new opportunities.
