Transformative mentorship is crucial in nurturing the growth of junior professionals across diverse industries. Mentors share valuable work knowledge and empower mentees with networking skills, fostering their autonomy and professional development.

This course is meticulously designed to enhance mentoring skills. It covers a wide range of topics including mentorship foundations, types of mentors, roles of mentor and mentee, and strategies for fostering a mentoring culture. Additionally, learners will explore the applications of the 3-Cs mentoring model to facilitate meaningful conversations through effective questioning and listening techniques.

Incorporating a practicum element, this course allows learners to refine their skills over 2 days. Learners will gain insights into the importance of empathy in mentoring conversations and learn to employ appropriate language to foster effective communication. Furthermore, they’ll master feedback techniques and goal-setting strategies that align with the needs of both mentor and mentee, ultimately empowering their mentees.
