You will learn how to improve the performance of a company’s operations through better planning and management of people, processes, and data. The Singapore Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) will be introduced as a tool for the student to assist a company in the formulation of a clear vision, strategy, and systematic roadmap in the adoption of Industry 4.0.
It will mainly be conducted through workshops and case studies. There will also be individual and group assignments as part of continuous assessment. At the end of the module, you will need to complete a final examination.
