Overview
The prevalence of chronic diseases presents unique challenges in an ageing population like Singapore.
Healthcare providers play a vital role in adapting to these challenges by developing specialised skills and knowledge.
The SIT Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation Nursing (GCert Rehab Nursing) is designed with a clinical focus to equip nurses with the essential competencies needed to support patients in their rehabilitation journey. It aims to restore individuals to their physical, mental and social well-being.
Each module, worth 6 credits, can be taken individually or stack towards a Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation Nursing.
Modules Available
Modules are stackable towards a GCert Rehab Nursing. They can also be taken individually.
