Tiffany serves as an Assistant Professor of Finance at University College Dublin, where her passion lies in instilling in future professionals the importance of integrating sustainability into their endeavours. Her vision encompasses a financial landscape that drives impactful environmental progress, striving towards a more sustainable and just global community for future generations. Previously, she held the role of Academic Director for the MSc Sustainable Finance programme (previously known as Renewable Energy and Environmental Finance) at University College Dublin. With a banking background, she is keen to learn and develop ESG and data science research ideas.

Natalie Seisser is a multifaceted design educator and practitioner. She is the founder of anewkind.studio, a purpose-driven, Life-centric design and strategy studio.

Her academic pursuits revolve around interdisciplinary Design Studios, where she lectures with a fervent commitment to equipping students with the necessary skills to address complex global challenges. Her curriculum emphasises experiential learning and real-world applications, ensuring that her students are well-prepared to navigate complex global challenges.

Natalie serves as a lecturer for the Bachelor of Design programme, teaching Responsible Communication at the Singapore Institute of Management Global Education (SIM-RMIT University). She has also served as a lecturer for the Sustainability Management Module at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), where she has instructed on sustainability business models, strategies for climate change mitigation and adaptation, as well as sustainable development policies. Natalie's areas of specialisation encompass Life-Centered Design, Circular Economy, Sustainable Business Models, Packaging, Responsible Communication, Creative Direction, and Branding.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Natalie Seisser actively contributes to the broader sustainability discourse as a facilitator and country lead for the Biodiversity Collage in Singapore - a collaborative workshop aimed at understanding the challenges and pressures on biodiversity, drawing insights from the IPBES Report.

Furthermore, she leads the Climate Designers Singapore Chapter, a community dedicated to igniting climate conversations through creative work, showcasing her commitment to fostering dialogue and action on environmental issues through the lens of design.

Dr. Hu Chengcheng has over 10 years of experience in sustainability research and practice, working with diverse stakeholders—including government agencies and industry sectors such as manufacturing, technology, finance, food, and oil & gas—to translate strategy into action. As a subject matter expert in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), she helps clients understand and reduce the carbon footprints of their products and services. Her expertise spans a wide range of domains, including product sustainability, carbon finance, circular economy, sustainable supply chains, carbon accounting and reporting, assurance, and regulatory research and strategy development related to sustainability. Chengcheng holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), supported by the prestigious NRF Clean Energy Scholarship. She has also earned global sustainability certifications from leading institutions such as Cambridge and DTU, and holds the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from WSQ.
