This care encompasses prevention, detection, and treatment of illness and injuries related to diseases managed by solid organ transplantation, as well as conditions that may result from living donor donation in individuals, families, communities, and population of all ages.

This practicum module is designed to enable learners to integrate and apply theoretical knowledge into clinical care planning and implementation for transplant patients.
