Embark on a journey of career transformation with the SCTP
Join us for our upcoming virtual information session on 26 February 2024 to learn more about SIT’s SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme.
The SCTP is designed to address the aspirations of mid-career individuals seeking to transition into new professions or sectors with good employment opportunities.
Learners gain industry-specific expertise and market-relevant skills – all while enjoying personalised career advisory support from a dedicated coach. Eligible learners enjoy subsidies of up to 95% from SkillsFuture Singapore.
This information session will be led by trainers Nadya Patel, Randy Choo and Zhang Yanan, as well as career coach Joe Leong, who will be sharing more about the following SCTPs starting in April 2024.

(SCTP) Programme in Design Innovation
Back for its third run, the (SCTP) Programme in Design Innovation is based on an applied learning and research module, which focuses on investigating specific issues in a company and fostering design innovation skills.
Previous runs showcased learners’ collaborative efforts as they addressed challenges faced by companies such as Purely Fragrances and Science Centre Singapore, presenting their solutions directly to the respective organisations. They also had the chance to acquire valuable insights on design thinking from industry experts in the field. Learn more
(SCTP) Programme for the Lean Six Sigma Champion and Operational Excellence Manager NEW!
Every organisation stands to gain from a Lean expert and operations excellence manager. Designed around Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, this programme helps learners cultivate skills that are applicable across diverse industries. It sharpens their managerial abilities, in areas such as fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging performance metrics, strategic planning, coaching, decision making and championing innovation.
