He was also the Vice President of Data and Business Intelligence at Fabelio, Indonesia’s leading omnichannel Furniture commerce platform and Vice President Analytics and Data Science at Eatigo, a leading reservations platform for restaurants in SEA. He has also worked for Flipkart, India's most loved eCommerce platform, MuSigma, a pioneer in Decision Sciences and Qraved, Indonesia's largest food tech platform.

He is a high-energy, confident professional with an infectious enthusiasm for digital technologies with over 12 years of working experience across multiple verticals including Management Consulting, Fintech, F&B, and eCommerce.

Ilia Tivin is currently the Managing Director of Locked Jar, an information and cybersecurity consulting firm. He is also the Head of DIY Infrastructure at SELFHOSTED which revolutionises the way digital enthusiasts and businesses approach their online presence and host their data. He is also a seasonal lecturer at James Cook University and a trainer for many corporations.

With over 19 years of professional tech and digital data security experience, his corporate career spanned working with Hewlett Packard as a Senior Security Consultant to Asia Pacific Security Professional Leader managing tech infrastructure, digital data security, data centre, and cloud security businesses. He also worked with CISCO as an ASEAN Customer Success Specialist to engage customers in adopting CISCO’s solutions to transform their business outcomes. He is well equipped with corporate experience in cloud technology, cybersecurity, data security, business data analytics, business development, and customer success engagement.

His education qualifications include a bachelor's degree in management of information systems covering domain expertise in Business Data Analytics, Digital Business Infrastructure and Applications, and a Master of Science degree in Management. Both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees are from University College Dublin.

Wong Shen Nan has dedicated his career to software and cloud engineering for the past three years, holding the position of Senior DevSecOps Engineer. In this role, he oversees GitOps, Platform Engineering, and the implementation of secure CI/CD processes.

Previously, he co-founded and served as the CTO of ZOLO, a venture-backed startup offering an AI-driven platform designed for food suppliers. He also played a key role in the founding engineering team of RecycleGoWhere, a project under Better.sg that received funding from SGEcoFund and was recognised in Parliament for its potential contribution to environmental sustainability. Additionally, Shen Nan provides consultancy to various startups in areas such as team management, market entry strategies, technology risk, and cloud cost management through his consultancy, Fracxional.

He graduated from NUS with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Science and acquired many professional qualifications including an AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification (2023), and a Specialist Diploma in Applied AI from NYP (2024).

Mano is a trainer with 30 years of experience in conducting soft skills and IT related courses for all walks of life of different age brackets and of different background of people. He has reached out to students, youths, employees, homemakers, and retirees to promote lifelong learning.

With his 30 years of community volunteer work, he has engaged many residents and employees in using their SkillsFuture credits to take up courses for upgrading, career planning and lifelong learning.
