Food and beverage management flipped-classroom content production

Abstract

F&B establishments are busy, vibrant and dynamic environments during peak hours, and generally unable to handle a visit by more than a handful of students at a time. To provide students with insight into the real-world F&B environments, the team is producing a series of videos that combine on-location behind-the-scenes footage with insightful interviews to reveal the workings of the F&B industry.

The camera takes students through the corridors and kitchens of restaurants, caterers and a convention centre, capturing interviews with industry professionals and the movers and shakers of the Singapore F&B sector.
