Coaching & Mentoring Programmes
To support the development of versatile educators who can perform the role of Teacher-Coach-Mentor, SIT Teaching and Learning Academy (STLA) offers coaching and mentoring programmes for academic staff.
Research shows that coaching and mentoring has a positive impact on student learning outcomes and academic staff development. Through the adoption of coaching and mentoring, academic staff can engage students on a deeper level, enabling students to develop confidence and self-efficacy, and to achieve their fullest potential.
