Course Overview
In today’s digital age, it is increasingly habitual for many to spend their daily life plugged into digital devices.
The habit encourages oblivion and affects our communication skills which may cause ineffective communication and interpersonal interactions with our co-workers which could be detrimental in the workplace.
As such, this workshop aims to reduce friction between individuals working in teams, and to heighten self-awareness and relationship-management skills translating to higher work productivity.
In this 1-day workshop, spanning 2 days, you will be able to critically reflect on the challenges they face as a communicator in the workplace, identify ways to better manage emotions while engaged in online and face-to-face interactions, and apply various communication frameworks to facilitate more effective personal interactions in the workplace.

- Recent university graduates, junior staff, new to the workplace
- Professionals, including educators, who see a need for reinvigorating their interpersonal style, and applying their EQ skills towards more effective communication

- Apply your understanding of various communication frameworks to the workplace so as to facilitate more effective personal interactions
