Course Overview
Employees are increasingly digitally literate. They are also time-strapped to upskill. Microlearning could plug this gap when used for pre-work instruction, follow-up training, just-in-time support, and/or performance support.
Microlearning modules are bite-sized, scalable, provides learner control over their learning and a means for employers to track employees' learning and performance. This course aims to help department mentors write scripts for microlearning with specific skill gaps in mind.
