In today's dynamic landscape, leaders frequently face the challenge of navigating organisational complexity to achieve impactful results, all while striving to mitigate any unintended consequences of their decisions.

To succeed, leaders must embrace a lifelong learning mindset that is rooted in systems thinking, constant experimentation and learning. The goal: to minimise unintended consequences while increasing the impact of our actions and learning from them.

Drawing on over sixty years of systems science, this course will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt systems thinking habits in your day-to-day endeavours. Through constant practice of the 14 systems thinking habits, you will become a more effective leader and lifelong learner.

This course is designed for senior leaders seeking to deepen their understanding of these habits and cultivate an organisational environment that nurtures and sustains them. By fostering a community of lifelong learners and effective leaders, organisations can evolve into learning entities, thereby enhancing innovation and performance.
