Engtek Bursary
The Engtek Bursary was established to support financially disadvantaged and deserving undergraduates pursuing the full-time Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering undergraduate degree programme offered by the Singapore Institute of Technology.
Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Are pursuing the full-time Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering undergraduate degree programme offered by the Institute;
- Are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents;
- Have a monthly household Per Capita Income (PCI) of less than or equal to S$1,800.
Tenure and Benefits of the Bursary:
- Each bursary is valued at $5,000 and is tenable for one academic year.
- The Bursary shall be used for the recipient’s educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, expenses for any overseas immersion programmes conducted by the Institute, and fees for other educational activities organised by the Institute.
- Recipients who have already been awarded the Bursary for one year of study may apply to receive and be considered for the Bursary in subsequent years, subject to the fulfilment of the selection criteria and the selection by the Selection Committee.
- Recipients of this Bursary may accept other bursaries, scholarships, grants or awards concurrently in the same Academic Year.

How To Apply
Matriculated students are to submit their Financial Aid application via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT. Do note that students are to connect to the SIT VPN before accessing IN4SIT.
Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form and upload all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline.
