CLA Global TS Public Accounting Corporation Financial Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicable to students pursuing the full-time Accountancy undergraduate degree programme offered by the Institute.
• Are Singapore Citizens.
• Have a monthly household Per Capita Income (PCI) less than or equal to S$1,000.
• Have a good character record.
• Perform well at the selection interview.

Tenure and Benefits of Scholarship

• Each Scholarship is valued at $5,000 and is tenable for one Academic Year.
• The Scholarship shall be used for the Recipients’ educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, and fees for other educational activities organised by the Institute.
• Recipients who have already been awarded the Scholarship for one year of study may apply to receive and be considered for the Scholarship in a subsequent year of study, subject to the fulfilment of the above selection criteria, and with the recommendation of the Institute and the selection by the Selection Committee.
• Recipients may be offered an Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP) opportunity with the Donor.
• Recipients of this Scholarship may accept other scholarships concurrently.

About the Donor

This Scholarship has been made possible with a gift from CLA Global TS, an established name in the Singapore accounting industry and one of the first local accounting firms to be accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Singapore Accountancy Commission - Singapore Qualification Programmes (Singapore QP), to provide the supervision of professionals undergoing traineeship to qualify as Chartered Accountants.
