Gong Hao Fund Scholarship
The Gong Hao Fund Scholarship was established to support financially disadvantaged and deserving undergraduates pursuing any full-time undergraduate degree programme at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

Full-time undergraduates pursuing any full-time degree programme offered by the Institute;

Are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents;

Have achieved a minimum GPA grade of 3.2 and above;

Demonstrate leadership qualities as the Institute may determine; and

Have made significant contributions beyond academic studies to the Institute or the community as determine by the Institute.
Benefits and Obligation of Scholarship

· Each Scholarship, valued at S$10,000, is applicable for one (1) academic year.

The Scholarship shall be used for the recipients' educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, expenses for any overseas immersion programmes conducted by the Institute, and fees for other educational activities organised by the Institute.

Recipients who have already been awarded the Scholarship for one year of study may apply to receive and be considered for the Scholarship in a subsequent year(s) of study, subject to the fulfilment of the above selection criteria, with the recommendation of the Institute and the selection by the Selection Committee.

Recipients of this Scholarship may accept other scholarships, bursaries, or awards concurrently.
About the Donor
The Scholarship is made possible by a gift from Gong Hao Fund, made through The Community Foundation of Singapore. In Chinese, Gong Hao means “For the Common Good”, which is the donor’s intent of the scholarship.
How To Apply
Matriculated students may access the online application form via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT.
Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form after uploading all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline. Scholarship applicants are expected to upload an endorsed Letter of Recommendation and their SIT Record of Achievement (where applicable).
