Temasek Foundation Sunburst Scholarship

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

• Students pursuing any full-time undergraduate degree programme offered by the Institute, who are:
  • Singapore Citizens;
  • Year 1 undergraduates;
  • Have achieved good academic results or have a good record of co-curricular activities as the Institute may in its sole discretion determine; and
  • Have a good record of community service as determined by the Institute in its sole discretion.

Benefits and Obligation of Scholarship

• Each Scholarship is valued at $14,000 per annum.
• The Scholarship shall be used for the recipient’s educational expenses, such as tuition fees, course materials, expenses for any overseas immersion programmes conducted by the Institute, and fees for other educational activities organised by the Institute.
• The Scholarship is tenable for the entire course of study, provided that the recipient continue to meet the eligibility and selection criteria stated above, with the recommendation of the Institute and the Selection Committee.
• Recipients of this Scholarship may not accept other scholarship(s) concurrently.
• Recipients will be encouraged to join the Temasek Foundation Youth Alumni Network.
• Recipients will be encouraged to fulfil 60 hours of community service and/or participate in three sustainability/community projects/programmes including one Temasek Foundation-supported youth programme throughout their entire courses of study.
