Yusof Ishak Scholarship
The Yusof Ishak Scholarship was established to support financially disadvantaged but deserving undergraduates pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
Eligibility Criteria

Applicable to students who are pursuing the full-time Undergraduate degree programme offered by the Institute;

Are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents;

Have achieved outstanding academic results as the Institute may in its sole discretion determine;

Have made significant contributions beyond academic studies to the Institute or the community;

Have demonstrated leadership qualities and exhibited values such as tenaciousness as determined by the Institute in its sole discretion;
- Preference will be given to applicants with a Household Per Capita Income (PCI) less than or equal to $1,000.
Scholarship Benefits and Obligations

Each Scholarship, valued at $15,000, is applicable for one (1) academic year.

The Scholarship shall be used for the Recipients’ educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, expenses for any overseas immersion programmes conducted by the Institute, and fees for other educational activities organised by the Institute.

Recipients of this Scholarship may accept other scholarship(s) concurrently.

How To Apply
Matriculated students may access the online application form via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT.
Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form after uploading all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline. Scholarship applicants are expected to upload an endorsed Letter of Recommendation and their SIT Record of Achievement (where applicable).
