This module is at intermediate to advanced financial accounting level. Topics covered in the module include leases, investments in bonds and equities and consolidation, impairment of assets, business combinations, equity accounting for associates, joint arrangements, foreign currency translations, derivative accounting, fair value measurement, share-based payments and earnings per share.

Pre-requisite: ACC2001 Financial Accounting.
