
Portable Medical-Grade Suctioning Device

Project Background
Airway suctioning devices can be lifesaving during critical situations. However, the current medical-grade suctioning devices are not compact, portable, or battery-operated.
This project has developed prototypes of portable airway suctioning device that can meet the following user requirements:
- High performance capability
- Compact, portable, and lightweight
- Battery-operation of approximately two hours
- Medical homecare equipment grade
- Ergonomically-friendly and user intuitive
