The Workplace Learning Project (Innovation Management) is designed for local companies to learn more about Change Management and Design Innovation and apply it within their organisations with coaching by trained SIT faculty and staff. 
 
This 3-month programme comprises classroom trainings, project coaching and prototyping of design solutions.

  • 80% Participation Rate
  • Completion of Reflection Log
  • Final Assessment
  • Completion of Post-Programme Analysis

 

Course Certification

Upon completion of this programme, and meeting the course requirements, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attainment (non-credit bearing) issued by Singapore Institute of Technology.
