The National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning at the Singapore Institute of Technology (NACE@SIT), the first workplace learning centre established within an Autonomous University and supported by SkillsFuture Singapore, is dedicated to helping organisations retain talent and build competencies through continuous improvement, leadership development and workplace learning.  

Being part of the nationwide NACE network, we collaborate with businesses to enhance their workplace learning capabilities, ensuring they remain competitive in today’s dynamic environment.

Working with the university faculty members and combining industry expertise, we bring a holistic approach to workforce development, combining industry-relevant training with bespoke consultancy services.

We specialise in designing tailored workplace learning programmes focused on eliminating waste and increasing productivity to encourage incremental improvements that lead to long-term, significant, impact. Enterprise Transformation Projects

We tailor these projects to address real-world challenges by integrating consultancy and project-based, implementation-led training within the workplace with Mentorship Support Gant (MSG) from SkillsFuture Singapore. Supportable projects aim to improve worker skills, boost enterprise productivity; and/or, job redesign.
